The Apex C is a rigid wheelchair built on a carbon fibre frame. Carbon cuts frame weight and damps road vibration compared with aluminium, which tells over long daily distances on paved surfaces.
Adjustability
Seat dimensions come from a seating assessment rather than the user's current chair. Castor size, backrest angle and axle position are configurable; frame geometry and seat width are fixed at build.
Safety and Care
Carbon frames are repaired differently from aluminium, so confirm parts lead times before committing. Small castors turn quickly but catch on expansion joints and paving lips, which matters on daily routes.
