The Explorer Kids is sized properly for children, with a narrower seat, shorter seat depth and lower seat-to-floor height than any adult model, so feet and arms both reach where they should.

Adjustability

Growth adjustment covers width and depth within a set range. Check seat-to-floor height against the child's foot position and the desks used at school, and ask whether a growth kit is available.

Safety and Care

An outgrown chair encourages a poor posture that is far harder to correct later than to prevent. Set a six-month review with the treating therapist as routine, regardless of how the chair looks.
