The FreeSpan UltraTwin is a twin-post gantry hoist rated for bariatric loads, giving a wide lifting span across a room with no fixing to the ceiling structure.

Adjustability

Span, ceiling height, floor loading and the route into the room all need checking in a room survey. Bariatric slings are a separate specification, so confirm the sling range available at this capacity.

Safety and Care

A gantry rated at a high safe working load achieves nothing if the sling, spreader bar or bed is rated lower. Document every component at or above the user's assessed weight with margin.
